General Information Observer Name: Archer Element: 1st Platoon, H. Co., 502nd PIR Priority Tasks: Establish defenses and repel enemy attack. Who Attends: 1st Platoon When Held: 1400 EST Areas of Improvement Intelligence: Understanding of objectives was clear. Sustain training. Little to no forward reconnaissance performed. Command and Control Squad Leaders were able to manage individual sectors. Sustain training. Key Events The first wave of OPFOR repelled with little to no events. Standard defense. 2 x Squad sized assault elements. Second wave of OPFOR repelled, but at great cost. While some trenches were segmented, individuals were not prepared for OPFOR rifle grenades and many casualties were taken by single grenades. Counter-attack was performed well but 2nd was slightly hesitant to execute. Tank support was adequate for advancing. Individual Remarks Archer unable to commit to Ground Leading due to Zeusing. Significant lack of communication and unprofessional attachment to to the execution of the operation because of it.
