11/19/23 Promotion Board Findings

To 1st Lieutenant Charles Henderson, First Platoon Commander; 

It is my recommendation, that after successful completion of a promotion board interview the following candidates of 1st Squad should be promoted to the next grade of Technician 5th Grade;

Pfc. Jamie Lockard
Pfc. Robert McGuire
Pfc. Nicholas Moeller
Pfc. Mason David
Pfc. Chris Lazard

My findings; the list of candidates all displayed adequate understanding of the concepts. They all displayed qualities of desired traits and characteristics. All candidates meet the promotion point requirement, however, three, of the five candidates do not meet the Time-In-Grade requirement. The three candidates will all meet the Time-In-Grade requirement at the end of this calendar period.
