Description & Why: With the expansion on chemical weapons. Would be nice for the burns and wounds to be more realistic.

[1/4/20] As of the new ACE Medical Rewrite, this mod no longer is guaranteed to work and a rewrite will have to be done. Until further notice, use at your own risk as the mod may not be functional and will most likely cause problems. (As posted on the mod page)
